Columbia Blade 1994
Woodward Canyon Winery has a wonderful article about Frank and his “Columbia Blade” bronze sculpture installed on the front lawn of the winery.

The east side of the “Columbia Blade” is a casting of a basalt formation along the Columbia River made in 1993 or 1994. It is a compendium of Frank’s thoughts, concerns, and the great experiences of his childhood wandering with his parents all over the Columbia Gorge and river, fishing and experiencing the vast petroglyphic history now buried beneath the waters of dams.
